I don't have a very good memory of things that happened during this semester, and I'm not good at putting thoughts and feelings into words, especially on paper, but I'll try my best to explain anyway. This class was so challenging but also so much fun. Throughout all of my projects and studies this semester I learned how to better plan out and improvise projects (especially ones where I don't have an exact photo reference, or I'm just going off of an idea), use color, use new materials and how to better use old ones, manage my time (something I still need to work on), how to use and incorporate new and old skills, how to plan out and fortify new ideas and projects, and so much more.
It was a lot of work but it was also very rewarding to see how all of my projects turned out and all the new skills I learned during those projects along the way. This class and all of my other art classes leading up to this one have really made me want to make more art, work with other artists and collaborate with them, see as much art as I possibly can, and to push myself and improve my own art even more. This class more than ever has made me realize how much I really want to continue making art, or doing art related things.
I wish I had more time to better plan out all of the projects I wanted to make, and more thoroughly plan them out like I did with the nature turns mechanical. I really can't wait for the day that other classes (*cough*civics and economics*cough**cough**cough*and math*cough* as ~important~ as those classes may be) can't hold me back or distract me from doing the one thing that truly makes me happy, and that I love doing more than anything; basically the day I get out of school and hopefully land a career in art or something art related. I just really, really want to make art, and I can't wait to make more art.
